  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund or send the correct product.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product differs from the description on our website, we will process a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing the order, refunds will not be issued.
  • Used or Opened Products: Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  • Customer Mistakes: Refunds will not be provided for mistakes made during the order process (e.g., incorrect product ordered).
